Here at Revolver, we're always on the hunt for new songs to bang our heads to — indeed, it's a big part of our jobs. With that in mind, here are the tracks released this week in metal, hardcore, industrial and more that have been on heavy rotation at Revolver HQ. For your listening pleasure, we've also compiled the songs in an ever-evolving Spotify playlist.

This week, we got crunchy stoner rock from Red Fang, crushing deathcore from Decayer, blackened thrash from Crypta and windswept goth from Iceland's Kælan Mikla. Lars Ulrich–backed Norwegians Bokassa resurfaced with a party-hard rager, while post-genre phenom Poppy brought down the house at WWE NXT Takeover, performing a short, sharp shock of a new song. Finally, in a strange, sad coincidence, the day DMX died also brought a swaggering, riff-heavy single from the gravel-voiced rapper, featuring Yes/Asia guitarist Steve Howe and Deep Purple drummer Ian Paice. RIP. Blast the best new songs right now below.
