Here at Revolver, we're always on the hunt for new songs to bang our heads to — indeed, it's a big part of our jobs. With that in mind, here are the tracks released this week in metal, hardcore, industrial and more that have been on heavy rotation at Revolver HQ. For your listening pleasure, we've also compiled the songs in an ever-evolving Spotify playlist.

This week, Deftones finally dropped their new album, Ohms, which is packed with bangers, including the heavy grooving and surreal "The Spell of Mathematics." Zeal & Ardor continued their bold fusion of black metal and black spiritual music to stunning results. "Nu-core" upstarts Boundaries raged, Canuck grindcore vets Fuck the Facts resurfaced with a post-metal-inflected blast, and Earth Groans riffed their hearts out. Ghostemane smashed together rap, hardcore and industrial on another thrillingly polarizing cut, while Mr. Bungle revamped another high school demo track into a razor-sharp mosh-pit anthem.
