Corey Taylor Stops Slipknot Show When Mosh Pit Gets Out of Control

"No one is fucking getting hurt on my fucking watch, do you understand me?"

Slipknot kicked off the first-ever Knotfest Roadshow on July 26th in Mountain View, California, and the show reportedly went off without incident. By the second night of the trek, on the 27th, in San Bernardino, the crowd appears to have reached a dangerous pitch, however, compelling frontman Corey Taylor to step in to ensure no fans were injured in the violent pit.

One Reddit user (u/mSTH95) in attendance posted video of a break in the set that came after one attendee reportedly suffered a seizure and couldn't escape due to the rampant moshing going on around. They captioned the clip, "Mosh pits were so fucking rowdy, crazy good but some chicks started to get trampled & have seizures. Corey got mad, he stopped the song because people wouldn't stop moving to get EMT in."

The video comes in after Taylor stopped the band and ordered everyone to move so paramedics could attend to fallen and injured people in the crowd. "No one is fucking getting hurt on my fucking watch, do you understand me?" the singer shouted into the mic, before pausing to deliberately roar, "BACK THE FUCK UP!"

Another Redditor (u/MalnutritionUSA) in attendance supported the claims of an out-of-control pit and commented, "I was seriously worried this dude was going to die down there. I'm pretty beefy and luckily there was another huge dude right there too but it still took both of us giving it our absolute everything, for probably a minute or so, he was going limp then waking up and going limp etc. the whole time hes just in a daze saying help me please help me please."
