Corrosion of Conformity Tackle Lycanthropic Conspiracy Theories in Crazy "Wolf Named Crow" Video

Pepper Keenan and Co. unveil new stomper from upcoming album 'No Cross No Crown'

Corrosion of Conformity have unveiled a gritty new stoner-rock stomper titled "Wolf Named Crow." The gnarled jam will appear on the band's upcoming album No Cross No Crown, the first COC LP featuring vocalist Pepper Keenan in over 12 years.

As an added bonus, the outfit has dropped off the track's accompanying music video; an apocalyptic cartoon landing halfway between "House of Cards" and "Sleepy Hollow," the trippy visual tells the story of a wolf-man's rise to power after a hotly-contested race against his arch-nemesis, the crow (who, unfortunately for our protagonist, has some dangerous friends in high places). Lest we spoil the ending, we'll leave you with the following observation, gleaned from the annals of modern history: Riding in an open-air motorcade is a risky move for any politician, even if said politician is the big bad wolf.

Prior to unleashing "Wolf Named Crow," Corrosion of Conformity shared No Cross No Crown's excellent comeback single "Cast the First Stone." The group is set to hit the road later next month, with a tour alongside Black Label Society to follow early next year. You can pre-order No Cross No Crown here ahead of its January 12th, 2018, arrival via Nuclear Blast.
