Aussie trio returns for another LP of killer jams

In late 2015, Melbourne trio Power released their debut LP Electric Glitter Boogie via Cool Death in their native Australia, followed by an In the Red reissue a year-plus later. The LP was chock full of of nods to the Stooges and MC5, with the band not only capturing the sound, but also the spirit and the danger of those classic LPs. Despite mining very familiar territory, Electric Glitter Boogie felt fresh, vital and most importantly served as reassurance that virtually any genre can be revisited and made interesting again with the right minds behind it.

Now Power are back with a new album called Turned On, and Revolver is proud to unveil their latest single "Turned On Boogie." It's a ripping bar-rock extravaganza, nodding to Rose Tattoo, Bon Scott–era AC/DC and old Detroit in one hyper-kinetic and very punk tear. Stream it below, and check Turned On's full track list.
