Sacramento-bred alt-metal stalwarts Deftones released their sixth album, Diamond Eyes, on May 4th, 2010. It was a milestone LP for the band — their first since the tragic car accident that left their founding bassist Chi Cheng in a coma until his 2013 death, and one of their finest offerings. In fact, at the end of 2019, Revolver named it the best album of the past decade. Today (May 4th), Deftones revealed plans to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the record with a "global listening party on YouTube." "Wherever you are, we hope to share 45 minutes together at home to celebrate the album," the group posted across their social media, announcing the event. While details are scant, the listening party is set to kick off on Tuesday, May 5th at 6p.m. PT/8 p.m. CT/9 p.m. ET.
