Wargasm have friends in nu places. Limp Bizkit handpicked the U.K. electro-metal duo to play support on the entirety of their ongoing spring tour, where the group's Milkie Way and Sam Matlock have been seen dueting onstage with Fred Durst. Then Korn's Jonathan Davis recently shouted them out as his favorite young band leading the charge in the current nu-metal revival. So no wonder Wargasm are in the mood to party.
Party they do on their new single, "D.R.I.L.D.O," which Wargasm have already been playing live on the road with Bizkit. The song is instantly infectious, care of its chant-along "drink, fuck, fight, love" chorus and stomping, dance-floor-ready beat. It arrived today (May 20th) with a show-stopping music video set in a sweaty night club and soaked with bloody ultraviolence. Watch and listen below.
"It's a good bridge between the two elements of Wargasm, which are super fun, sexy, and electronic and also fresh and metal," Matlock commented of the song. "You can clearly hear the both of us. We want there to be two characters in the music. You should have a favorite."
Wargasm's mixtape, Explicit: The Mixxxtape, is due out this summer, with their debut full-length album to follow.
