Go Behind the Scenes of Korn's "Bucket-List" Tour With Alice in Chains

Brian "Head" Welch: "This whole summer has been like a party"

Korn recently rolled out the premiere episode of a new docuseries that rounds up their crazy 2019, and now in the second installment, fans get an inside look at the band's blockbuster summer trek with Alice in Chains — one that guitarists Brian "Head" Welch and James "Munky" Shaffer call a "bucket-list" item and a "homerun tour," respectively.

"This whole summer has been like a party," Head enthuses at one point in the new video. "Alice in Chains are doing their thing, Underoath is out hanging out with us." Munky chimes in, calling the inclusion of openers Fever 333 and Ho99o9 a "cross-generational mismatch of what you would have seen us do in 1998."

Footage from the other groups' performances show a high-energy event with band members mingling on and offstage. One scene Munky jumps up to perform with Fever 333. "That's a motherfuckin' boyhood dream right there," you can hear singer Jason Aalon Butler announce to the crowd as the collaboration ends. Watch above.
