Over the last two years, Austin Terror Fest has proven itself to be a vibrant and important celebration of underground heavy-metal music and culture. In 2019, the event — which will take place from Friday, June 7th, to Sunday, June 9th — has expanded its purview to include not just metal and punk music performances, but also other genres and sounds that fit within its organizers' vision of counterculture and artistic experimentation. Electropop artist TR/ST and noisy hip-hop crew Dälek will join indie-metal stalwarts such as Goatwhore, Church of Misery, Full of Hell, Alcest and Panopticon to make for an eclectic weekend of dark music.

The third annual Austin Terror Fest also sees a change in the event's locations, which this year will include the popular Austin venues Barracuda and Empire Control Room & Garage in order to allow for more space for attendees, as well as to make the festival more accessible to the general public by moving to a more centralized location. Three-day GA passes are on sale now for $150 at the Austin Terror Fest Facebook Event page. Single show passes will also be made available for purchase online once the daily music lineup by venue is announced in the coming weeks. Check out the full Austin Terror Fest lineup below.
