American Nightmare — the hardcore group helmed by Cold Cave's Wes Eisold — have announced a new EP and their first-ever 10-inch vinyl release, Dedicated to the Next World. Due out June 2nd via Heartworm Press, the four-track record is preceded by urgent, angry lead single "Self Check-Out," which premiered today (January 23rd). American Nightmare formed in 2000, broke up in 2004 then reunited in 2012, playing incendiary shows and releasing a 2018 self-titled album and 2020 EP, Life Support. The group's upcoming release was recorded live to two-inch tape by American Nightmare drummer Alex Garcia-Rivera at Mystic Valley Recording Studio in Boston.
