Hear Angel Du$t Channel Upbeat Nineties Punk on Two New Catchy-as-Hell Songs

Hardcore crew featuring Trapped Under Ice, Turnstile members drop "Big Ass Love," "Take Away the Pain"

For the introduction of their first new music since 2016's Rock the Fuck on Forever, Baltimore hardcore punks Angel Du$t have released two new surprise singles, the irresistibly hooky "Big Ass Love" featuring classic pop punk structure and brevity, and relaxed, tambourine and saxophone-driven ska jam "Take Away the Pain." Both exemplify how the group, featuring members of Trapped Under Ice and Turnstile, take a fresh-faced approach to reworking a genre that has experienced periods of dormancy over the last decade or two and inject youthful life and an uptempo positivity into the music.

The two tracks arrive with the announcement of the band's signing to Roadrunner Records. Vocalist Justice Tripp commented, "We recorded these two hot tracks with the king, William Yip. The songs are very much Angel Du$t, while the production is some whole other shit. Feels good to complete our team with a label that fucks with our vision. Big Ass Love' is about the healing power of rock."

Angel Du$t are currently on the road with hardcore legends Every Time I Die, Turnstile and Vein. Check back regarding the announcement of a future full-length, and keep up with the band via their official site or on Facebook, and see their tour dates below:
