August Burns Red have unleashed a new anthem called "The Frost." The djent-inflected track — which is actually pretty sunny and upbeat, despite its title's ominous undertones — appears on the metalcore mainstays' new album Phantom Anthem, which drops October 7th via Fearless. Listen now. Yesterday, the band forewarned of "The Frost" on social media with a fake weather report from "ABR News" that depicted a massive storm sweeping across the band's native Pennsylvania. August Burns Red's latest riff-storm follows "Invisible Enemy," the album's similarly punishing first single, which accompanied a nightmare-inducing music video starring puppet versions of the whole band.
