Finnish metal-punks Bonehunter have been kicking around since 2011, releasing their diabolical takes on proto-black metal with frequency via demos, live albums, splits with bands like Shitfucker (where they both cover GISM) and EPs galore until finally releasing their debut in 2015. Since then, the band has been on a similar tear with full-lengths, dropping another LP in 2017 and now sees the release of 2018's Children of the Atom via Hells Headbangers.

Bonehunter shows influence from Hellhammer, Venom, Bathory and classic proto-black metal acts on their newest single "Sex Messiah Android" — a ripping d-beat vehicle that flies by at lightning speed and with all the vile nastiness that we'd expect. Fans of Midnight, Inepsy and plain old ripping rock & roll, take note — we have identified the theme for your next police car chase. Order yours via Hell's Headbangers ahead of it's 9/28 street date.
