2022 is a big year for Chino Moreno. In mid-April, the singer is set to finally return to the road with Deftones for the alt-metal titans' first shows in support of their last full-length, Ohms, Revolver's pick for 2020's Album of the Year. But that's not all: Ahead of the big tour, Moreno has also revived his electronic project Crosses (†††) with the group's first original music in eight years. The two new songs, "Initiation" and "Protection," arrived today (March 18th) and showcase the band, which also features Far's Shaun Lopez, in fine form, urgent, haunting, sultry and hypnotic. Stream them above and below via YouTube.
