Hear Deftones' Chino Moreno Join Polyphia on Heavy New Song "Bloodbath"

Standout cut off shredders' 'Remember That You Will Die' LP

Polyphia released their star-studded new album, Remember That You Will Die, today (October 28th), and with it, the song "Bloodbath," which features guest vocals by the one and only Chino Moreno, of Deftones fame. It's the most metallic cuts on the LP, building to a chugging, sludgy outro, and Moreno's sultry croon fits it like a black latex glove. Listen above via the song's visualizer video.

"It's funny, because that song was less rock in its earlier stage," guitarist Scott LePage told Guitar World of "Bloodbath." "We did a session with Chino, and after we got his vocals I said, 'This isn't right.' I redid the guitars except for Tim's parts to make them fit the vocals. Then I added that solo because it would sound badass."

Moreno appears on another new song released today, "Vivien," the latest single from his electronic-rock side project Crosses (†††), which also features Far's Shaun Lopez. You can hear that — and watch its surreal, atmospheric music video — here.
