Gwar are set to release their new album, The Blood of Gods, on October 20th via Metal Blade. After dropping its fiery lead single "Fuck This Place," last month, the infamous heavy metal aliens are back with another ripper: "El Presidente," a defiant anthem that finds the band vowing to extinguish political status quo on the battlefield, rather than the polls: "They will die before my sword/all will bow!" declares Blothar, the band's extraterrestrial frontman, as trumpets and power chords swell behind him. As if their latest The Blood of Gods track wasn't provocative enough, the aliens have also shared a goofy "State of the Gwar Union" video starring "El Presidente" himself, Donald Trump (more specifically a masked impersonator, who praises the aliens as – wait for it – "huuuuge"). Bassist Beefcake the Mighty isn't too amused by the fake news conference; he boots "Trump" from the podium, throwing in a "You're fired!" for good measure.
