Hear Hostilities' Crushing Metallic Hardcore Song "Ringing"

Portland ragers releasing debut album 'NØ COWARDS' on Bullet Tooth

From Poison Idea in the Eighties to Dying Wish today, Portland has always been a Pacific Northwest hotspot for hardcore, and Hostilities are a band that definitely need to be highlighted in that canon. The quartet formed in 2018 and are about to drop their debut full-length,  COWARDS, next month via Bullet Tooth records. Their sound is raging, menacing, and heavy in a way that's reminiscent of late-Nineties metalcore — right before clean vocals permeated the genre and everything got more melodic. Today (March 18th), we're stoked to be premiering a new single from the LP called "Ringing," and it's an absolute ripper.

Fast and propulsive but also groovy, "Ringing" will appeal to moshers who like everything from Kublai Khan to Converge. Listen while you watch its music video above via YouTube. Drummer Andy Rice says that "this song was the departure point from the more straightforward deathcore type stuff on the first EP to the upcoming album NØ COWARDS that is faster and more raw hardcore."

NØ COWARDS is out April 15th and can be pre-ordered here and here and pre-saved here
