Hear Ice-T Rage on Body Count's Ferocious New Song "Carnivore"

Visualizer video reveals stunning album cover by Ghost artist Zbigniew M. Bielak

Over the past year, gangsta rap OG Ice-T has dropped a couple of hard-hitting solo hip-hop tracks, July's "Feds in My Rearview" and September's "I'm Too Old for This Dumb Shit." But what headbangers have really been hankering for is new music from Body Count, the always topical and provocative metal band that he founded in 1990 with guitarist Ernie C. The group recently announced the impending March 6th release date of their seventh full-length, Carnivore; today, December 13th, the band unleashed the LP's take-no-prisoners title track, along with an animated visualizer video that showcases the album's stunning artwork.

Polish artist Zbigniew M. Bielak — best known for his illustrations for arena-packing occult-rock heroes Ghost — created the Carnivore cover, which, with its intricate living map, pays homage to Body Count's hometown of Los Angeles. The band are set to travel far from the City of Angels, over to Europe this summer to play a number of festival and headlining shows. See their current itinerary below and stay tuned: On January 10th, Body Count plan to drop additional info on Carnivore and launch album pre-orders.
