While Limp Bizkit are more associated with party-hard, testerone-fueled rage than sensitive, heartfelt balladry, Fred Durst and Co. never shied from leaning into their softer side. Hence their earnest cover of the Who's "Behind Blue Eyes." But what if their bad-day anthem "Break Stuff" were a piano-led serenade instead of a Woodstock '99-destroying tantrum?

Enter musician and TikTok personality Joe Altier, who has previously posted reimaginative takes on rock and metal classics such as Dio's "Holy Diver" and Danzig's "Mother." He recently flipped "Break Stuff" into a weepy ballad and even Durst himself approves. Or seems to, if the musical note and flying saucer that the Bizkit frontman posted in the comments can be interpreted as a thumbs-up. Watch below.
