Mike Patton is alt-metal's man of a thousand voices. Beyond his far-out work with Faith No More and Mr. Bungle, the singer has flexed his impressive pipes collaborating with Dillinger Escape Plan, Sepultura, Odd Nosdam, Foetus, Björk and so many more.

He's recently added another totally rad line to his resume with his fresh take on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles theme song. Patton's rendition arrives with the gameplay trailer for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge, a new retro-style four-player co-op side-scrolling beat 'em up game developed by Tribute Games.

"The world is ready for more from the heroes in a half shell!" wrote Patton in an Instagram post announcing his involvement.

Watch the trailer above to hear Patton's wild cover — and see Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo and Donatello battle some classic foes including Bebop, Rocksteady and the Foot Clan.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Shredder's Revenge will be coming to consoles and PC platforms. Tribute Games has yet to announce a release date.
