Hear Pleasure Symbols Enter Hallucinatory, Post-Punk Dreamscape on Dark New Song

Hailing from Brisbane, Australia, Pleasure Symbols have returned three years after their self-titled debut EP with their first full-length, Closer and Closer Apart.

Debut track "Dissociation," which Revolver is premiering today (April 29th), takes influence from flange-heavy post-punk a la Rudimentary Peni and the Cure's early years, while the band mixes in washes of dream pop to create a hallucinatory, hazy dreamscape of a backdrop for vocalist Jasmine Dunn to spin her dark tale.

Stream "Dissociation" above and order your copy of Closer and Closer Apart on LP or digital via Avant! Records, ahead of its May 24th release.
