Hear Rising Metalcore Act Roseview Channel Underoath on New Song "Graveyard"

Track from Maine group's forthcoming full-length debut 'Misery in Me' arrives with live performance video

Rising Portland, Maine metalcore unit Roseview have premiered their powerful new song and live footage music video for "Graveyard," from their forthcoming debut full-length, The Misery in Me.

The track's rousing melodic progressions, pit-inducing breakdowns and gang-vocal outro — "Dirt and bone/Blood and stone/This place is our home" — are reminiscent of August Burns Red, Underoath and the Devil Wears Prada's older material. Check it out above.

Vocalist Duncan Cook tells Revolver of the song, "'Graveyard' is a song about turning vulnerability into strength. There are a lot of things in the world that can make us feel alone or disconnected – stress, anxiety, depression."

"They can become the things that unite us if we find our common ground," he continues. "We all have our struggles, but there is comfort in knowing that we don't have to struggle alone."

In fact, The Misery in Me, is completely inspired by mental health and overcoming life hardships according to the band.

The Misery in Me will be released on August 31st via Tragic Hero Records. Pre-orders are available now via MerchBucket.
