Hear STATIC DRESS' new version of "Courtney, just relax" with WORLD OF PLEASURE

Post-hardcore rising stars newly signed to Roadrunner Records

U.K. post-hardcore upstarts and Revolver favorites Static Dress have announced their signing to Roadrunner Records and revealed the details of a new deluxe reissue of their acclaimed debut album, Rouge Carpet Disaster. The group also offered up an updated version of their single "Courtney, just relax," featuring Canadian hardcore band World of Pleasure, which arrived today (May 18th) accompanied by a glitchy, high-octane new music video directed and edited by Static Dress vocalist Olli Appleyard. Watch and listen above.

Rouge Carpet Disaster (Redux) sees the band expanding on their independently released debut with new artwork and four new Redux versions of songs: "Courtney, just relax" [ft. World of Pleasure], "Attempt 8" [ft. Sophie Meiers], "Di-sinTer (Glitter Redux)" and "such.a.shame (Smoking lounge Redux)." Rouge Carpet Disaster (Redux) will be available in multiple vinyl variants, with each LP accompanied by an additional 7-inch vinyl featuring the four Redux tracks — you can pre-order yours here.
