Hear the Sword's Seventies-Influenced Riff-Heavy New Song "Twilight Sunrise"

Hard-rock crew's latest cut comes paired with retro, VHS-tape-style psychedelic lyric video

In their fifteen years of being a band, the Sword have explored the many ways hard rock and metal alchemize with one another. They're releasing their sixth full-length album, Used Future, on March 23rd, and not too long ago they released the first sampling of what's to come with "Deadly Nightshade." Today they're following up with more tuneage in the form of a lyric video for "Twilight Sunrise."

The group hones in on a very cool, very Seventies-style heavy rock & roll sound that would fit neatly on a record shelf next to Deep Purple or Black Sabbath. The accompanying lyric video takes a unique approach, packing production values as if one picked up an unmarked VHS tape and pressed play, revealing a bevy of psychedelic effects.

Used Future is available for pre-order including an "8-Track" version featuring a USB drive containing the full album and visualizer, all in an 8-track case.
