Hear Thom Yorke's Hair-Raising New Song "Volk" From 'Suspiria' Soundtrack

Radiohead frontman gets unorthodox on third single from upcoming film's soundtrack

With two quite traditionally structured songs ("Suspirium" and "Has Ended") already available for public consumption, Suspiria soundtrack composer and Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke has dropped a third look into his creation for the imminent horror release. "Volk" is a six-and-a-half minute instrumental peek at the score's more experimental side, playing with synthetic brass sounds and disjointed rhythmic patterns to reflect the disorienting action sure to show up in Luca Guadagnino's version of the classic witchy tale.

The immersive atmosphere of the track builds and ebbs, gathering tension before releasing to another slow climb. While it's to be seen what scene this piece will bolster, the trance-inducing sounds here hint at something startling. The movie will be released nationwide on November 2nd, and until then whet your appetite for terror with the film's official trailers and teasers
