Hear TRENT REZNOR and ATTICUS ROSS' new remix of PUSCIFER's "Apocalyptical"

Nine Inch Nail duo reimagine 'Existential Reckoning' standout

Puscifer are just hours away from the release of their new remix album, Existential Reckoning: Re-Wired, and today (March 30th), the theatrical art-rock troupe — helmed by TOOL and A Perfect Circle's Maynard James Keenan — offered up a final taste of the record, a reimagining of "Apocalyptical" by none other than Nine Inch Nails' Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross. The remix flips the energetic Devo-esque original into a ghostly, skittering elegy. Stream it above via its visualizer video.

"Sometimes it's just fun to break stuff," Keenan commented of the Re-Wired project. "Then you latch on to one familiar piece and build something entirely new."

Existential Reckoning: Re-Wired is due out tomorrow, March 31th, via Puscifer Entertainment/Alchemy Recordings/BMG. In addition to Reznor and Ross' contribution, the album includes remixes by TOOL's Justin Chancellor, Queens of the Stone Age's Troy Van Leeuwen, A Perfect Circle's Billy Howerdel and electro-rock duo Phantogram, among others.
