Hear TURNSTILE's catchy new song "Listening"

Featured in a new episode of 'I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson'

Yesterday (May 30th) a new season of the hit sketch show, I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson, landed on Netflix, and it didn't take long for heavy-music lovers to identify one of the bands featured in its soundtrack.

The season's fourth episode contains a brand new song by none other than Baltimore hardcore titans Turnstile, who are credited in the show as a band called the the Everything-You-Knows.

Appearing in a sketch titled "Children's Choir," the new song is called "Listening," and its four musicians — Turnstile's Brendan Yates, Pat McCrory, Daniel Fang, and Franz Lyons — basically just do what they do best and crank out a catchy, chunky tune that lands more on the pop-punk side of Turnstile's sonic spectrum.

Thankfully, a dutiful fan has ripped audio from the show and uploaded it to YouTube, so you can hear "Listening" for yourself above.

It might seem like a totally random feature, but I Think You Should Leave co-creator/star Tim Robinson is a real-life Turnstile fan who snapped a photo with the band after a show back in 2021.

What's more, this isn't the first hardcore Easter egg to make its way into ITYSL. Season two in 2021 contained a sketch that featured God's Hate frontman and AEW wrestler Brody King screaming like a maniac. Maybe Mindforce will be in season four? We can only hope.
