Hear Turnstile's Searing New Song "I Don't Want to Be Blind"

Plus, hardcore crew plots headlining tour with Touché Amoré, Culture Abuse, more

With the clocking ticking down on the release of Turnstile's new LP Time & Space, the Baltimore hardcore band has released two big chunks of news at once.

First up is a lyric video for a new ripper, "I Don't Want to Be Blind." The fourth visual to be released from the new LP (after "Real Thing," "Generator" and "Moon"), isn't too fancy — just a pendant swinging back and forth hypnotically, a casual attempt at hypnosis. Meanwhile, the track itself finds Turnstile pulling all the usual stops, juxtaposing melodic vocals, harsh guitar riffs and blood-curdling screams; half sing-song-y, half mosh-worthy, it's the perfect pre-album aperitif.

Second, Turnstile have announced a massive spring headlining tour behind Time & Space. The month-long U.S. trek, which features support from Touche Amore, Culture Abuse and Razor Bumps, kicks off with a release show at Washington, D.C. venue All Souls on April 5th. Find a full itinerary below.

Time & Space is out February 23rd via Roadrunner. You can pre-order it here, and find out why Turnstile are hardcore's most buzzed-about band in our recent feature, if you haven't read it already.
