Hear War On Women Attack "Predator in Chief" in New Acoustic Performance

Feminist punks strip down 'Capture the Flag' favorite for 'Live From Magpie Cage' EP

Political punks War On Women did some major damage with their recent Capture the Flag LP, but the war rages on. In fact the band is taking their work towards a new medium, acoustic music, for a new EP due via Bridge 9 Records. The latest EP, Live From Magpie Cage, features five tracks all helmed by J Robbins (Jawbox, etc) at Magpie Studios, and includes the Capture the Flag favorite "Predator in Chief" in this new form.

Instead of playing along with double-bass, ripping power chords and speedy tempos among several other elements at work, this time vocalist Shawna Potter has nowhere to hide – sitting right beside an acoustic guitar and her vocals shine as a result. Check out the acoustic version of "Predator in Chief" for the first time above and order yours via Bridge 9 ahead of it's 11/9 release.
