Korn in Church: See 'Requiem Mass' Performance of "Worst Is on Its Way"

Candle-lit clip from February's livestream event

For us here at Revolver HQ, the best cut on Korn's latest album, 2022's Requiem, is hands down the closer, "Worst Is on Its Way" — and we don't seem to be alone in feeling that way. Perhaps recognizing the early fan favorite, Korn have offered up not one but two music videos for the song. The first came in April, a stark, black-and-white visual directed by Craig Bernard and Culley Bunker, intercutting gray-scale live footage with CG animation. The second arrived today (May 19th). It's a clip from Korn's February livestream event, Requiem Mass, an intimate ceremony and concert filmed at the Hollywood United Methodist Church in Los Angeles, and it captures the band performing the song on a moody, candle-lit stage amid the stain glass and vaulted ceiling of the building's cavernous hall. Watch above.

"That is the divine comedy of life," singer Jonathan Davis told us of "Worst Is on Its Way" in our Spring 2022 cover story. "Ups and downs. I'm not going to be in denial of that. I know I'm going to be hurting again, but I hope that I have family and loved ones around who can help me get through it and I'll be all right. I won't let it win."
