Korn's Jonathan Davis is celebrated as the goth and New Wave fan in the band, drawing on his love of groups like the Cure, Duran Duran and Christian Death in his vulnerable, introspective lyrics and angst-ridden melodic vocals. But you can't be sensitive all the time — sometimes you just gotta shout at the devil.
As it turns out, Davis is also a longtime Mötley Crüe diehard and his major gateway to rock and metal was the Sunset Strip hellions' 1983 album, which he bought when he was in seventh grade. That being the case, we asked Davis to pick his favorite Crüe cut and he eagerly compiled.

"The video is what did it for me on this song — the Stone Age theme, the girls. As a kid, I loved it and am guessing I'm not alone there. My 16th birthday cake actually had a picture of Mötley Crüe on it. My mom did that for me. That was pretty amazing and thoughtful of her — I was pretty excited to see that shit!"
