On Halloween, My Chemical Romance made fans' dark dreams come true when they announced that they would be reuniting in December for their first show in seven years. That momentous performance finally went down last night (December 20th) at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles — the group's last concert before then had been their set at Bamboozle in May 2012. After hyping up the crowd from behind an angel-adorned curtain with all-too-familiar audio clips including "Look alive, sunshine" and the opening dialogue to the "I'm Not Okay (I Promise)" video, MCR — Gerard Way, Frank Iero, Mikey Way, Ray Toro and drummer Jarrod Alexander — kicked off the show with the latter Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge standout. They proceeded to tear through 20 songs and two encores, welcoming Youth Code's Sara Taylor to the stage for "You Know What They Do to Guys Like Us in Prison" and closing the festivities with "Welcome to the Black Parade." See the full setlist and fan-filmed videos below.
