My Chemical Romance's First Show in 3 Years: See Videos, Setlist

Emo icons debuted new song "Foundations of Decay" alongside tons of classics

After playing just one reunion show in December 2019 and then having their 2020 tour plans halted by the pandemic, My Chemical Romance were finally able to kick off their big return last night in England. The emo icons took the stage at the Eden Project in St. Austell and played through a tremendous 21-song set that began with the live debut of their massively heavy new song, "Foundations of Decay," and worked its way throughout their entire back catalog, playing a couple other songs live for the first time and returning to many beloved favorites.

In addition to "Foundations," which they surprise-released last week, marking their first new song since 2014, the band also played the Conventional Weapons songs "Boy Division"  and "Surrender the Night" for the first time ever. Black Parade album cut "This is How I Disappear" got its first live nod since 2010 (a few years before they officially broke up in 2013), and the rest of the set was all the expected bangers from Three Cheers, Bullets, Black Parade and Danger Days
