OTTTO: Hear Metallica Bassist's Son Rage on Groovy New Song "My Pain"

Tye Trujllo and Co. offer up live version of a track from their 2023 album

OTTTO are making moves. The California trio featuring Tye Trujillo, son of Metallica bassist Robert Trujillo, released their full-length debut back in 2020, which showcased a reverence for various forms of traditional metal stylings. Since then, the group have toured and played shows with the likes of Suicidal Tendencies (which the 17-year-old Trujillo also performs in) and in spring 2023, they'll unveil their latest full-length.

This week, they're giving fans a taste of what the new material will sound like by releasing a live version of an unreleased song called "My Pain," which will appear on their upcoming Record Store Day Black Friday exclusive, Locos Live in Venice. Fans of Corrosion of Conformity will definitely appreciate the direction. Listen above via YouTube.

"Very stoked to share 'My Pain,'" said singer/guitar player Bryan Ferretti in a press release. "Super excited to release our next single, which includes more than enough melody and groove," Trujillo added.
