Tye Trujllo and Co. raise hell ahead of debut album

Revolver has teamed with OTTTO for an exclusive, limited-edition vinyl variant of their debut album, Life Is a Game. Order yours now!

OTTTO — the California metal trio featuring bassist Tye Trujillo, son of Metallica's Rob Trujillo — are gearing up to release their full-length debut, Life Is a Game, the follow-up to their 2020 self-titled EP. Today (January 25th), they've offered up the album's lead single, "My Pain," a punchy, melodic, Helmet-esque cut that arrived accompanied by a cool, VHS-style video. The sun-blasted clip captures the bandmates, rounded out by Bryan Noah Ferretti and drummer Triko Chavez, as they skateboard, graffiti and generally having a sweet-ass time. Watch and listen above.

"We're excited for this heavy, groovy track to be unleashed!" Chavez commented. Tye added of Life Is a Game as a whole: "In 2020, our self-titled [EP] included lots of tunes we had sitting around for a few years. With this record, the experience was different. We really took the time to find a vibe for each track."

Life is a Game is due out March 24th and available for pre-order now, including in a Revolver-exclusive "purple smoke" vinyl variant. Only 300 made — order yours before they're gone!
