The Parlor Mob: See Retro Rockers' Dynamic "House of Cards" Live Studio Performance

Raucous single appears on New Jersey crew's latest full-length 'Dark Hour'

On their latest full-length Dark Hour, which dropped in August, New Jersey rockers the Parlor Mob struck sonic gold melding heavy fuzz, catchy hooks, and the kind of retro-garage impact that made bands like the White Stripes instant legends. For an inside look at the group's creative process, they've now released a live in-studio video performance of their heady track "House of Cards," taken at their home recording base of New Future Studio in their home state. Against the cool-toned backdrop of the room's blueish walls, the crew shred and dance their way through the instantly catchy track with the sweaty, seasoned dedication of a band still hitting their stride 15 years into the game.

In support of Dark Hour, the Parlor Mob are currently on a 20-city headlining tour that kicked off in Cleveland, Ohio this past week and saw them hit Louisville, Kentucky's Louder Than Life festival on Saturday, September 28th. The band will continue their serpentine path around the United States before ending up back in New Jersey for a final show at Asbury Park venue The Stone Pony on October 25th.
