A Perfect Circle bandleader, guitarist and songwriter Billy Howerdel recently dropped his captivating new solo album, What Normal Was, his first in 14 years and first ever under his own name. (His last one, 2008's Keep Telling Myself It's Alright, was released as Ashes Divide.) He also kicked off his massive 2022 tour in support of the record, which hit the Bottom Lounge in Chicago yesterday (June 28th).
