On June 22nd, Vinnie Paul — the famed former drummer of Pantera, Damageplan and Hellyeah — passed away at the age of 54 in Las Vegas. (His cause of death is still undetermined.) Paul's family and record label have announced a public memorial service, dubbed "Vinnie Paul: A Public Celebration of Life." The event, which is open to fans, will be held at Dallas venue The Bomb Factory at 3:33 p.m. Central Time (a.k.a. "Dime Time") on Sunday, July 1st — one day after the musician's private funeral in his native Texas.

Fans interested in attending Paul's memorial will need to show up to the Bomb Factory in-person at noon Central Time to secure a wristband. No advance tickets will be sold. It's first-come, first-served, so show up early. For more information on the event, check out Bomb Factory's Facebook page.
