Late last year, Rage Against the Machine broke the internet when they announced that they would reunite in 2020 for a string of live dates. The performances will be the band's first in eight years — the politically charged rap-rock icons last played together at 2011's L.A. Rising concert at the Los Angeles Coliseum.

Among the five dates listed in RATM's initial Instagram post were two in Indio, California, scheduled for the same April weekends that the music mega-festival Coachella will be taking place in the town, leading to the clear and obvious assumption that Zack de la Rocha, Tom Morello, Tim Commerford and Brad Wilk would be headlining the festival. That rumor has now been confirmed with the unveiling of the lineup for Coachella's 2020 edition.

RATM will be playing on the two Fridays of the fest, while Travis Scott and Frank Ocean will headline the two Saturdays and Sundays, respectively. The rest of the bill is, as has become de rigueur, dominated by pop, indie and hip-hop, but a few other heavier artists are set to play, including Pittsburgh metallic hardcore stars Code Orange, Mongolian folk-metal phenoms the Hu and Australian psych-rock explorers King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard. See the full lineup below.
