Gird your loins and prepare for the fire: Rammstein are bringing their singular flavor of German hardness to North America for their first-ever stadium tour, making 10 stops across the continent from Montreal to Mexico City. They teased us last week with a map hinting at the stops on their journey, and now each open-air date is confirmed and the six-piece will finally be able to show off their full European stage production thanks to the bigger, more flame-proof venues.
The tour is yet another American first for the long-running act, coming less than a year after they entered the U.S. Billboard 200 chart at No. 9 with their most recent untitled album — their first in 10 years — marking the band's debut appearance in the top 10. Rammstein's North American leg will follow two grueling stretches of European stadium tours, which ran May through August 2019 and runs a similar course this year before traversing the Atlantic. That trek spans 59 dates and has reportedly earned $64 million in sales and pre-sales to date.
With their selling power more than confirmed, make sure to jump on tickets when they go on sale this Friday, January 24th, at 10 a.m. local time over on Rammstein.com. Fan club members will receive an earlier ticket buy link, and have access to reduced-price merch and advance meet-and-greet tickets, along with other perks.
