Theatrical Swedish metal outfit Avatar recently announced their highly anticipated new album, Hunter Gatherer, and unleashed its ripping lead single "Silence in the Age of Apes." The forthcoming LP marks a deep dive in a darker direction for the band, after the comedic turn of their previous full-length, Avatar Country. Hunter Gatherer, which is due out August 07th via eOne Music, will be available in an array of collectible formats, including a Revolver-exclusive variant — in Limited-Edition Hot Pink Splatter Vinyl!
