See 10-Year-Old Girl Cover Slipknot's "Heretic Anthem" With Kid Band

Featuring chimes played with a chainsaw!

The kids at the O'Keefe Music Foundation never fail to wave their metal flags high. The students — who range from pre-school to high-school age — have previously put their own spin on songs by Korn, Pantera, Rammstein and more, and for their latest act, they've assembled a band — led by 10-year-old Zoë — to bust out a truly kick-ass (and utterly adorable) cover of Slipknot's monstrous 2001 song, "The Heretic Anthem."

The young frontperson goes all-out on the mic, while her 10 (!) bandmates wail on a variety of instruments. You've got the usual guitars, bass, drums and beer keg, but this crew also features 11-year-old Isabella on the Wheelbarrow of Wonder, 10-year-old Brady on the the Garbage Can of Doom and most impressively, 11-year-old Brianna playing the chimes with a goddamn chainsaw!

It's a truly impressive performance and you can watch it go down in the notorious OMF garage above via YouTube.

In addition to breaking the internet with heartwarming, family-friendly playthroughs of heavy-metal faves, the O'Keefe Music Foundation provides free music education to children and adolescents. Find out more about the organization, buy their music and, if you can, make a donation over their official website.
