See Andrew W.K. Unleash Insane Napalm Death Air-Drumming Workout

Singer's Spartan training routine requires only a chair and 'Harmony Corruption' on full blast

Is your New Year's fitness resolution getting you down? Are you tired of running laps and pumping iron? Does the thought of an early-morning jog make you shudder? Well lucky for you, Andrew W.K. recently sat down with NME to reveal the secret behind his ungodly ability to party hard all day, every day. All you need is a chair, some speakers, and most importantly: a Napalm Death CD. That's right; it's air-drumming time.

"It's very vigorous, it's very strenuous, and in my opinion it doesn't just only count as aerobic exercise and a real cardio workout," the rocker notes, adding (in typical Andrew W.K. fashion): "It also counts as partying." From there, he proceeds to a flawless air-drumming take on "Extremity Retained," a relentless track off Napalm Death's 1990 album Harmony Corruption.

Andrew W.K.'s workout plan arrives ahead of You're Not Alone, his first album in over eight years. It's out on March 2nd via RED MUSIC/Sony.
