See Bring Me the Horizon's Horrifying, NSFW Video for New Song "sTraNgeRs"

U.K. pop-metal savants offer up body horror video for catchy new banger

Last fall, Bring Me the Horizon kicked off a new era of their band with a standalone single called "DiE4u", which sounded like a a heavy, metallic take on My Chemical Romance-style pop-punk mixed with the electronic flair of modern emo-rap. It was a logical next step for the shapeshifting pop-metal savants, and now they're giving us another taste of what's to come with another new single called "sTraNgeRs."

This one begins with acoustic strumming and heartachy singing from Oli Sykes but then explodes during the chorus and only continues to get heavier and more bombastic as it goes on. Like most great BMTH songs from the last decade, it's both extremely catchy and also super energetic.

Following the bloody nightclub mess that was the amazingly gory "DiE4u" video, the one for "sTraNgeRs" is even more disturbing. It features tons of shots of freaked-out people whose bodies are being taken over by horrific alien-like viruses, contorting their faces into terrifying figures and chasing them down in desolate warehouses. It looks like a Saw movie crossed with Alien, and set to the music of Bring Me the Horizon.
