If you've seen them tear up a venue near you in support of last year's breakthrough album Nightmare Logic, then you know that Texan road warriors Power Trip are one of the best live bands active today. They reconfirmed that status once again with their appearance on a recent episode of "The House of Strombo," a web series where bands are invited to perform at the home of Canadian TV and radio personality George Stroumboulopoulos. The crossover thrashers ripped through a tight four-song set, packed into what appears to be Stroumboulopoulos' living room along with a few lucky fans — how the sweet crystal chandelier made it through intact, we're never know.
