Saturday (May 28th) marked the final date of Deftones and Gojira's much-delayed North American tour together, so the two bands went out of their way to make it a special night. The show, which went down at The Armory in Minneapolis, Minnesota, first saw Deftones singer Chino Moreno join Gojira onstage for a pummeling cover of Sepultura classic "Territory," which the French progressive metal band have performed many times as the climax to their live set.
Then later that evening, during Deftones headlining performance, members of Gojira repaid the favor, jumping onstage with Deftones during old-school cuts "7 Words" and "Lotion." Check out fan-shot footage of the various team-ups above and below.
