See Evanescence Play "Better Without You" on 'Kelly Clarkson Show'

'The Bitter Truth' single gets high-octane daytime run-through

For Evanescence diehards, Revolver has two limited-edition Spring Issue bundles featuring a numbered slipcase, alternate cover and one of a pair of exclusive shirts featuring portraits of Amy Lee by photographer Kristin CoferGet yours before they're gone!

Evanescence have been busy. Back in March, the band released their first album of original material in over a decade, The Bitter Truth, and this morning (May 10th), they announced a fall North American tour with Halestorm. Without missing a beat, the band fronted by Amy Lee guested on today's episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show to perform one of their new bangers, "Better Without You."

The track, which served as the new album's final single, hits that Evanescence sweet spot, with massive riffs and an explosive chorus that Lee belts with her signature ferocity. For this live performance on Clarkson's daytime variety show, the band absolutely nailed the cut from a technical standpoint while also bringing a helluva lot of energy. Clearly, they're locked and loaded for those dates with Halestorm later this year, as they're sounding refreshed and tight as ever. Check out the performance of "Better Without You" above via YouTube.
