See Fever 333 Confront Police Brutality, KKK in Video for New Song "Burn It"

Fiery new track appears on L.A. band's just-announced debut album 'Strength in Num333rs' due January 19th

While currently on tour in Europe supporting Bring Me the Horizon, Fever 333 are still managing to make waves on this side of the Atlantic with the debut of their video for explosive new track "Burn It" alongside the announcement that their debut album Strength in Numb333rs is on the way via Roadrunner Records. Set for a January 19th release, the record will drop just as the band return stateside for another leg of the global First Love Tour, running from January 23rd to mid-February.

Today's video sees frontman Jason Aalon Butler — who directed the clip with Djay Brawner — confronting the endemic onslaught of police brutality toward people of color, particularly black men, in Fever 333's signature outspoken style. Vignettes featuring Butler being chased down by the cops while running into white hooded KKK members are interspersed with evangelical imagery of the singer proselytizing from behind a pulpit; the criticism of an unjust and violent society culminates in incendiary revenge as Butler locks himself inside a police car and peacefully sets the vehicle ablaze as two corrupt officers in the backseat scream in agony and claw for their escape.

With an impressive roster of festival appearances that includes Download and Reading in The U.K., Fuji Rock in Tokyo, Afro-Punk in Brooklyn, Lowlands in Holland, and Riot Fest in Chicago, Fever 333 have forged incredible ground on the power of only singles and a sole EP thus far. Strength In Numb333rs will build on those releases and surely gain more traction for the exciting and very promising new political act.

Pre-orders for the record are available at this location. Check the group's official site for upcoming tour dates near you.
