See Ghost Honor Late Fan, Raise Funds for Family With Tribute Show in Milwaukee

Jeffrey Fortune died after collapsing at band's concert in May

As promised following Ghost's May 31st concert in Milwaukee where fan Jeffrey Fortune tragically collapsed, dying from natural causes later that night at a local hospital, the Swedish occult-rock group returned on Halloween night to pay their respects by finishing the shortened set and raising funds to help Fortune's family. "Unfortunately, tragedy brought us here today, tonight as you all know," frontman Cardinal Copia announced from the stage, "but we're back here tonight for you and for Jeff Fortune's family who are here tonight as well."

In addition to the onstage acknowledgement, Ghost set up a GoFundMe for the family a few months back and sold a special shirt design featuring Fortune and Copia dressed as iconic Halloween killer Michael Myers, proceeds of which went directly to the family. See the artwork from that merch below.
