Rage Against the Machine's July 27th show at Cleveland's Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse had a little extra flavor to it — thanks to celebrity restaurateur and proud metalhead Guy Fieri. The culinary rock star hit the Ohio "Public Service Announcement" tour stop with his son, Hunter, and, as he revealed in a tweet yesterday (August 1st), not only were the two "losin' our minds" while RATM "crushed it," but they also made it onto the band's massive onstage screen otherwise reserved for incendiary phrases like "Abort the Supreme Court" and images of fiery insurrection.
"I'll never be able to sing or play with @RATMofficial but the big screen is an honor!" Fieri enthused.
In addition to his big screen moment, the inventor of "Donkey Sauce" was filmed by a fellow concertgoer rocking out to "Bombtrack," perfectly in character, with a cigar in one hand and a drink in the other. And he got to hang with Run the Jewels backstage. See the social media traces of his big night out below.
